PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Work experiences have exposed me to many technologies which mainstream businesses are using. Most technology is

focused in the network administration / Technical Support area and targeted at advancing business tactics and usage.

Many opportunities have been focused on using mainstream business technologies such as MS Server 2000 – 2008, MS

Exchange (mailbox management, account setup and maintenance), SQL and many others including EPM applications and

methodologies. Also have experience in Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DHCP & DNS including OU and GPO.

In nearly all my positions I have Microsoft Windows experience ranging from building systems from components to

coordinating and implementation of rollouts. I have many years of support and repair of many pc environments ranging

from MS DOS to current MS Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7. In every position I have held, I have been the

Tier 1 & Tier 2 support in troubleshooting issues and repairing systems. Most of my experience has been in the Technical

Support / Network Administration field although I have Network Engineering experience, this is due primarily to working

in many positions where I was the only IT person or part of an IT team. I have worked many contractual positions while

completing my education in the IT field at Davenport University.
