CCB-System Test, a Black Box System Test Project for Customer Care &

Billing Solutions of ATT. It comprises of systems, regions, testing

environments with a set of independent processes where application system

software is tested. It generates test results, which provide a consistent

method of validating System test results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Major activities in a Release covers

. Designing test cases after analyzing Technical and Business

Requirements.

. Adding New/Changed test cases to Excel sheet and uploading these to

QC.

. Update test results, Opening and tracking defects with developers in

QC.

. Re-testing failed cases, preparing test Result Reports.

. Carrying out the sanity and smoke testing when code moves into live.

. Write clear and concise defect reports.

. Responsible for Validation of the test cases.

. Perform Regression testing for test cases identified in the

Regression bed.

. Sending Status Report to the Project Manager on daily basis during

Test Execution.

. Coordinate and facilitate working sessions with business and

developers for different applications to resolve issues.

Application:LDSTAR(Long Distance Sales tool and Routing Service) for AT&T:

LDSTAR is a middleware system that interfaces between billing systems and

Alcatel SMS platform for the switch. LDSTARS is a system used for

provisioning Toll Free services (STFS, DTFS, ISTFS and IDTFS), virtual

private numbers (LDTN, DOV, VRA) and account codes products utilizing the

interface between Telegence, LDSTARS and Alcatel SMS.

Application:METASOLV/TBS(Telecom business Solution) for AT&T: TBS is an

integrated package for order entry, circuit design and order fulfillment

tracking. TBS is used as our main ordering system. The orders are placed

for FRATM, DVA,DTFS,PVL,IPVL,ISDN,Dial & STFS products. TEA provides an

interface between TBS and outside provisioning and billing providers like

Williams,SMS and Telegence.
