Budget / Purchasing Management

Serve as the Justice Court’s Budget Administrator, coordinating all aspects of the Justice Court’s financial management.

(Month end closing, Planning, analysis, general ledgers, payables, reporting, year end annual audit and fixed assets).

With the assistance of the Office of Court Administration Security Division, Security Screening measures where strictly

implemented and adhered to providing screening uniformity among courts. Other security measures implemented were, Metal

Detectors, X ray scanning devices, visitors security requirements in specified areas, training of court clerks regarding possible bomb

threat situations.

Member of the local Buffalo chapter of InfraGard. An organization committed to providing businesses and communities

emergency service providers with network connections as well as critical security information. Training offered covered cyber

attacks, bomb threats, credit card fraud, infrastructure mapping, and business continuity.
