1. Detection of Hazardous Chemicals for different concentrations using

Stand-Off Explosive/IED's Detection System which is based on Quartz

Enhanced Laser Photo acoustic Spectroscopy (QE- LPAS).

--Developed a Trans-impedance Amplifier in Voltage Series Configuration

using Crystal Tuning Fork (QCTF).

--Made a Motorized Linear Translation Stage using Microcontroller used

for positioning of Optical Detector. The Detector moved along single

axis using Unipolar Hybrid Stepper Actuator is used which is driven

using motor driver circuit and controlled by Microchip's PIC

Microcontroller.

--Developed an Arbitrary Waveform Generator/Voltage Controlled Oscillator

which generates the Sine, Triangular and Square Waveforms

simultaneously with variable parameters such as frequency, duty cycle

etc.

2. Detection of Biological Warfare Agents such as Tryptophan using Laser

Induced Fluorescence (LIF)-Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR). Worked on

UV Laser- Nd:YAG, ICCD Spectrometer, Telescope, Optical Fiber etc.

Academic Projects

1. Made Final Year Major Project entitled "Regulating Electricity using

Power Line Data Communication " using Microchip's PIC16F877A

Microcontroller having following objectives:

a. Encouraging reduction in electricity usage by LCD within the rooms

displaying unit's consumption, prepaid balance left.

b. Automatic meter reading system at a central location eliminating

the need to visit each house.

c. To prevent overloading of distribution transformers by controlling

the excessive usage of electricity by consumers beyond the

prescribed power utilization limit.

2. Project on Motorized Linear Translation Stage using Microchip's

PIC16F887 microcontroller during Internship. Made using Stepper Motor,

Motor Driver, and Character LCD etc.

3. Worked on Robo-projects, like, Soccer Playing ROBO, Hurdle-race ROBO

and Line-Follower ROBO competitions using DC motors, motor driver IC,

IR sensors, switches, etc. for various Tech-fests.

4. Won 1st prize in a project on glowing LEDs using ALTERNATOR using

MAGNETS, COPPER WIRE, PULLEYS, etc.

5. Project on INTELLIGENT HOME using PIC16F877A microcontroller, LDR, DC

Motor, Temp. Sensor, LCD.
