in the Oil & Gas sectors. I am hands-on in leading, developing and

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT

. Achieved ISO 14001 Certification for Nigeria LNG (staff strength of 600

with 1000 plus contractors) towards fulfilling the requirements of $1

Billion Loan facility for the Train 3 Expansion Project. This was

attained in spite of my being a junior level staff filling in for a

vacuum created by the redeployment of my boss. The Management Systems

created from scratch was initially going for ISO9001 Certification but

Business needs at the time led to a change for ISO 14001, and this was

achieved in a 9-month period and first time pass, resulting to the loan

being granted.

. Established an International Test Centre in Nigeria for the American

Society for Quality (ASQ) by arranging with the British Council Port

Harcourt, Nigeria to serve as Exam Invigilators for the ASQ Certification

Exams thus enabling Nigerian Quality Professionals practicing in Nigeria

to have a an Exam Venue. This has been in place for over 10 years after

the first examination taken by me in 2002.

. Turned around the result and fortune of a firm contracted to develop

and implement an Environmental Management System for a major E&P

multinational to ISO Certification. Having failed at the first

assessment I was contracted as an independent consultant to rescue the

failing project. Taking a hands-on approach working with the

demoralised team, we were able to achieve the certification within 3

months identifying the nonconforming areas and initiating corrective

actions meeting the requirements for Certification, resulting to a

satisfied client and avoiding loss revenue for my principal running to

$'000s and reputation.
