• Alignment of shaft rotor of the turbine by doing bearing checking and its clearances if it

is in the instruction

• Open main cover of bearing housing and have an internal alignment checking

• Check all clearances and record rearside and frontside of the turbine main bearing and

trust bearing and have an engine blue.

• Have an internal alignment by using dial indicator checking all the reading of records for

reference purposes, if not meet in the tolerance according to protocol adjust and aligned

the bearing housing by using dial indicator

• Rotate the rotor shaft to 360 degrees for checking the alignment, if it is okay install the

load coupling spacer and take axial reading and slowly adjust by tightening the cuopling

bolts

• Start the preliminary coupling alignment of the turbine and turbo generator. After ready

for RFI by QC

• Start for preliminary grout, after ready for final alignment by using three procedure:

reverse alignment method, conventional procedure, and lesser alignment in one at a time

and compare the result

• Responsible for installation and alignment of the lube oil skid

• Responsible for the alignment of pumps and motors for all units of STG-6711,

• STG-6721, STG-6731, and STG-6741 and all condensate pump

• Responsible for erection of oil pipe lines in the turbines for oil flushing

• Responsible for the safety of my people under my supervision and making daily progress
