I am a certified General Contractor. I have worked in many different

aspects of construction. I have specialized in high end commercial over the

last few years. I have traveled and worked as a traveling superintendent

and project management. I have developed long standing relationships within

building municipalities in South Florida especially in Miami. I speak

fluent Spanish. I have a huge client and subcontractor base. I have a

strong track record of getting the tough jobs done on time and at or below

budget. I have very good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office

programs such as Power point, Word, Excel, Project as well as Primavera,

Sure track. I am OSHA 30 certified.

I managed construction of commercial retail build outs. Schedule all

involved subcontractors and coordinate job from pre-construction to

closeout. I ran multiple jobs, reporting to office with daily updates.

Projects include Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Van Cleef and Arpel,

David Yurman, Dior, Burlington Coat Factory and Icings

Manage construction of high-end restaurant and retail build outs. Schedule

Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the jobs including setting

meeting with homeowners and with inspectors. I scheduled sub-contractors

and deliveries. I worked extensively with various community development

agencies throughout Miami Dade County on Restoration projects. I also sold

and estimated many jobs and drew up AIA contracts.

Projects included Working on low income housing with various

Municipalities.
