System Migration/Integration – Managed large scale Migration/Integration projects including a suite

Experience Summary

Dell Online reconstruction project (Mar 2010 – Present) – Project Manager

Managing the delivery of the Dell’s Online Reconstruction with specific responsibility for Russia

Ecommerce (REC), Online Site Tools (OST) and Performance and System Stability Improvement

(PASS-I)

All of the above are development projects delivered using the Agile Methodology (tailored to meet

Dell’s unique needs).

Worked as a Scrum Master and then moved to a Program Management role. Briefly ran the scrum of

scrums to keep overall Releases plans in sync.

Responsible for preparing and maintaining Release Plans, Project Plans, Estimates, Progress Reports,

Risk Logs and other project artifacts over the entire lifecycle from Initiation to closure.

Russia Ecommerce Program –is a development project to build a customized portal for Dell’s Russia

operations. This was delivered using Scrum methodology (tailored to fit Dell’s unique needs). This has

resulted in an increased market share for Dell in Russia.

Online Site Tools (OST) is a web application used by Dell to set up virtual storefronts for high value

customers. The application reduced user effort by ~30%, improved performance of key pages by 40%

on an average and streamlined interactions with dependent systems.

PASS – I is an ongoing program to improve the Performance and System Stability of Dell’s B2B

applications. – Reduced unhandled error rates by 90% with corresponding improvement in system

stability. Improved performance of key pages by an average of 45% and in one case by 600%

Managed the interlock between multiple teams, proactively managed risks and eliminated conflicts to

ensure a smooth release.

all applicable FDA regulations and other applicable laws; while minimizing business impact.

Worked with all the stakeholders to prepare the Migration, Archival and Decommissioning plans,

optimizing them, proactively identifying interlock risks and mitigating them.

Ensured Business Continuity, Data Integrity, compliance with SLAs and Availability Requirements.

Worked with the client senior leadership to restructure the execution phase and deliver the project 6

Paramount’s Home Entertainment Division.

Led the team that delivered Accenture’s Customer Care Framework.

This project was delivered using the Scrum methodology and was the first time an ACS project
