Evaluate the credit, income and assets of borrowers to determine risk and repayment ability. Balanced the need for loan-

volume growth with the equally important necessity of superlative underwriting quality. Process to ensure tha loss mitigation requests

routinely communicate and coordinate with customers the process of foreclosure. Support the Dialer analyst to effectively run calling

campaigns which target the appropriate customers at the right time of the month. Keep informed of all compliance related changes in

the mortgage collection industry. Be an on-going subject matter expert with regard to Servicing policies/protocols, investor specific

guidelines and develop applicable communication updates to support revisions as necessary.

Responsible for balancing the need of loan-volume growth with the equally important necessity of optimum underwriting

originators, underwriters, appraisers and title companies. I review the Income/credit analysis to determine the customer ability to repay,

communicating the consumer maximum and minimum limits and documentation review. I also, give professional customer service help

to customers about questions on delinquent accounts. For any unpaid debts on aged accounts it is my duty to resolve by collecting the

Manage a group home for adults with disabilities. These individuals require medical care around the clock including on-call

supervision. Supervising the safety to persons served while providing support and direction to program associates and provided incite to

23 employees. In the group home was responsible for developing and maintained effective verbal and written communication with the

individual’s families, other departments and the program administration. My other requirements were to develop the Individual

Habilitation plans and Behavior Plans, as well as implementation. Also, not limited to assessing and completed behavioral data, incident

reports, fire and safety checklist, and provided insight into development of behavioral intervention plan and Medical needs. Training

and development, which consist of training staff on behavior intervention plans and how to distribute medication, developing monthly

progress reports for persons served, handling all finances for the program and persons served.
