Objective

My ideal job would be to greet the public, or work within an office doing multiple duties to

make a busy day. I have always thought I would enjoy working in the medical field and have

some experience in that line of work.

I kept records and charts for approximately 22 residents. I typed their paper work

and kept all their charts up to date. I also completed payroll for the employees and kept

t rack of their available leave t ime.

I interviewed selected households and entered collected data into a laptop.

Confidentiality was of upmost importance. I completed my own time sheets and kept t rack

of mileage for reimbursement.

w ith attachments for payment, completed certifications and verified amounts being sent to

reviewed and evaluated documentation for the utilization and appropriateness of medical

usage by clients including maintain restriction information. I consulted with clients,

p harmacists, and other medical professionals. I also answered eligibility questions on the

hot line phone daily.

I retired from the State of I l linois in March of 1999.
