Inventory Analyst, (October 2013-Present)
Implement all policies, procedures, systems and best practices with regard
to inventory of maintaining accuracy accomplished with regular physical
inventories scheduled throughout the year. Cycle counting and transaction
strategies to keep the numbers as accurate as possible. Maintaining
inventory control records reporting them to Management on a regular basis.
Following a thorough analysis of the Company's current inventory policies
identifying and deficiencies and ineffectiveness, making correctional
recommendations. Once recommendations have been approved by Management I
then oversee their implementation.
Monitoring the accuracy of all inventory levels, resolving any discrepancies
as required. Developing and implementing an inventory Management system I
see that product movement flows seamlessly.
Coordinate inventory between departments using the inventory Management
system within the Company transactions include; scrap transactions,
allocating materials to Work in Process work orders and receiving materials
into the inventory system.
Regular cycle counting to keep inventory quantities accurate developing
processes for the transaction of inventory within production floor and the
transaction of scrap materials. As inventory Analyst I put these strategies
into place to ensure accurate inventory.

Customer Service Account Specialist (June 2013-Present)
Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and
compliance on client deliverable and revenue.
Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing
the management if any issue should arise.

Effectively coordinate supply chain reporting accurately and in timely
fashion for: SAP tracking, invoices, stock reports, demand planning, actual
verses forecast files for shipments, staff meeting items.
Managed & maintained monthly tracking files for the supply group: DRAs, CM

maintain SOPs, Training procedures and Quarterly accruals for the
