Project: Universal Payment - Business Service Integration Framework - Code Generator:

The BSI framework allows the application developer/project to define the logical description of the

service using the WSDL and automatically generate all the artifacts required for the service

enablement and integration. This frees the developer to concentrate on the business logic. The

Code generator will generate all the required artifacts for service enablement.

Position: Software Engineer, September, 2012 – November, 2013.

• Developed code to parse any XSD contract using DOM parser.

• Wrote program to parse any given WSDL interface using wsdl4j libraries.

• Created the DO, DAO, CRUD and Service modules which were used to generate the required

java classes(Data Objects, Data Object Validators, DO Marshallers, Service Interface, Service

Proxy Interface, Service Proxy Implementation, Service Stub and pom.xml) from WSDL and XSD

by leveraging velocity templates.

• Did the design to generate JPA mapping file based on given metadata xml file.

• Implemented the module to parse the metadata file and gathered the necessary information to

generate JPA implementation classes.

Project: Spectrum: Workforce Management System

Spectrum is a web based workforce management system that is used by the work force management

team and podium supervisors in call centers to manage the agents schedule and forecast the call center

operations. The kiosk application is used by the Agents to view their schedules and apply PTO. Our

hosted clients include American Express, Dominion, Waste Management, CPU2 and Comcast.

Position: Software Analyst, March, 2008 – January, 2012.

• Designed, developed and documented the modules for Genesys Integration.

• Worked on RTA (Real Time Adherence) project and integrated Genesys Agent status and call flow

with Spectrum Schedule Adherence.

• Implemented the User STO (Scheduled Time Off) Balance module.

• Worked along with Senior Software Engineers and implemented different modules like Team,

User Ranking, Brakes/Lunches and Activity using stateless session beans.

• Supported the QA team during the user acceptance testing.

• Updated the code to view the whole application in user’s preferred time zone and also addressed

the issues related to day light savings.

• Worked with other internal team members and integrated Spectrum with VACD (Virtual

Automated Call Distribution).
