I had also the control of General Ledger, contact with banks and submission of tax returns.

The “ HP - FERRARI project 1988 “ aimed at strengthened all my administrative experience gained during the previous working months spent both in Milan and in Turin. Such project consisted of the setting up of a new computer system in Maranello with the objective of monitoring and testing the engines of each single new car directly on the production line rather than in the testing-room. The administrative responsibility involved the economic evaluation of the deal, the management and control of the material flow coming from the American production factories and the inventory analysis during the production of the system. Such a big-deal was repeated with other companies of FIAT group.
