Key Responsibilities: Being very responsible because the patients I work for and with are

very sick. Every entree, appitizer, dessert is to be weight and portioned out every day all

day. Snack as well is to be weighted out on a scale that weights ounces and pounds. Alot

more im willing to talk about upon a interview.

June 2012 - Dec 2013 Maggiano's (Saulte, Broiler, Dish washer, Prep and Grill cook)

Key Responsibilities: sanitize kitchen, washing dishes, handling trash, cooking up to 9

orders at one time, stocking and refillimg the kitchen with pasta, different sauces,and

more at the end of the night

Key Responsibilities: Was to Prep for 3 Hours into arriving for you schedule. Then work

the sandwich station where i make burgers on a grill then fix orders as the print on my

screen which we had 13 sandwiches you could choose from even salads also all had to be

prepared with in 4 mins.
