SUMMARY
Erold has excellent proficiency in the use of the SAS system, R and C++ as well as other
statistical/mathematical packages such as Statistica and Mathematica. He has a working knowledge of
database structures, LaTeX and Access. He is trained in the mathematical and statistical sciences. He was
very active in co-curricular activities and had taken various leadership roles in DLSU’s Mathematics
Circle. He is very adaptable, goal-oriented, quality-oriented and has good communication skills.

Provided support and business solutions to various clients using different solutions provided by SAS ;
dispatched at Globe Telecom to provide support to the CRM-OPS team; created prepaid card promotion
