I have been involved in the customer service industry for almost my entire

working career. Having been a flight attendant for almost 10 years I have

extensive knowledge of all kinds of people from different backgrounds and

cultures. I have done many in house courses that have given me the tools to

handle difficult situations in many different circumstances. I believe that

no job is too big or too small. I am a team player and I can be a team

leader if needed. I am dedicated, loyal, trustworthy and hard working. I

have an excellent command of the English language. I am always well groomed

as I believe that in the customer service industry first impressions do
