Accomplishments

Earned a $1 raise at Basic Industries for outstanding performance. At Basic Industries was noticed for exceeding expectations with great work quality. At TTTX I avoided a week training due to me picking up on the job within the first 2 days. As a result i got my own tugger without supervision and gained my team managers trust instantly.

Experience

Abatement Worker; Scaffold Builder; Machine Operator February 2014 to June 2014 Basic Industries - Schertz, Texas My job duties were to inspect Asbestos contaminated pipes at a power plant. After inspection and if contaminated, i was to glove bag the pipe so that there was no escape of dust particles. The glove bagging was tested by air detection. Once ready and sealed, i was to remove all asbestos from pipe, wearing all PPE including, respiratory mask, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, tyvex protection suit, steel toe boots, and ear plugs. After removing it all i cleaned the pipe with water, scrubbed it and sprayed it with incapsulant. Finally i was to tear down the glove bag and dispose it inside of an Asbestos labeled bag that would then be transported by garbage dumpsters. In Scaffold building i was to acknowledge where the scaffold was needed. Figure out how many parts i was going to need, and build carefully and safe with a harness being tied off at safe points 100%. After the scaffold was no longer needed the team including myself would tear down the scaffold and organize all material in its proper destination.

Worker June 2014 to June 2014 Malone Solutions - San Antonio, TX In TTTX i was to drive a tugger with long hauls picking up and scanning all parts to either a Toyota or a Tundra. I needed to move at a very fast pace.
