Trivandrum.(2013).

Abstract: The project focuses on the factors contributing to Quality of work life which form

the basic element of any organization.

Undergone a two months Internship training (HR) at The Kerala Metals and Minerals

Ltd, Kollam (1st Jan to 21st Feb 2014).

OTHER PARTICIPATIONS AND LEARNING

Participated in the Biz games-13 held on 26 April 2013 at our institute and won second

place for Product Launch.

Undertook as event coordinator for the cultural event “TRENDS FUTURA” conducted

in our institution.
