JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Regular Market assessment for fixing price of various items like Manganese Ore, Dolomite,

Marble, etc.

• Identify potential customer by market research through various medium and approaching them.

• Developing new clients by comparative study of market variable such as cost, etc. and providing

them with superior service.

• Processing inquiries and quotations, and preparation of contract review.

• Receiving enquiries from customers, submitting offers, negotiate, close the deal and obtain

orders.

• Prepare / Authorize sales order based on clients purchase order.

• Creating and processing of Sales order, and material follow up.

• Monitoring dispatch according to the pending order, availability of material, payments, etc.

• To maintain customer relations by providing quality material to them and timely commitments.

• Maintaining daily and weekly performance reports.

• Business Development

• Coordinate with planning and production department for timely supply of materials.

• Keep track and ensure resolution of customer service issues on delivery and complaints

• Fixing the product price and communicating the same to the agents and customers.
