Summary of I do have a total of 7 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. 3 years of my

Qualifications profession I spent as Software Engineer for Main Frame Cobol with project that deals with the

maintenance of a well known credit and banking company. I started as a Junior Software Engineer

and later promoted as Senior Software Engineer. In this field I get familiar with Waterfall Method

of System Development Life Cycle. I was able to take part on almost all the parts of the SDLC,

from business requirement definition, implementation, testing to disaster recovery part of the

system. During my profession as a developer, together with my team we were able to deliver

series of project support and maintenance to our client such as programs for new perks for the

customers and among others. After 3 years in the field of programming I decided to shift in

Quality Assurance Testing since I do have enough experience in different types of testing from the

Waterfall method. I get hired as QC Team Lead for a Mobile Application Company that mainly

caters mobile apps and services for the well-known telecommunications company here in the

Philippines. I lead about 3-4 people in performing quality assurance process in the company.

Basically we provide quality testing to all the services that we cater to the client. As well as I do

perform/create reports to the upper management, present and implement several process

improvement especially that deals to quality management. I have also worked as a QC Engineer

for a European Company that caters quality assurance testing and control for US based clients

such as company for health care, mobile and web applications, HR management software and

among others. The methodology that the company practices is AGILE-Scrum. As QC Engineer it

is my duty to perform different types of testing as to what the project requires, create test cases,

logged and verify defects/issues and do demo to the client after every sprint. Also it is my duty to

send out status report and as well as test summary reports to the management. Currently I am a

Senior Consultant for the COE Testing of an Indian owned company Capgemini, it is my

responsibility to lead and handle the testing team and ensure that all the process of STLC are met

and satisfied. The company’s projects are more of financial services so it includes mobile banking

and web based banking as well as capital markets and insurance. The team performs functional

testing as well as performance testing for the automation team. It’s my duty to coordinate closely

with the PM and team members as well as conduct test meetings and review project

documentation.
