Vice-President for Operations responsible for youth soccer

events coordination and management. Manage logistical efforts

and staffing of major east coast sporting events. Served as

chief executive of the 500 team Central Jersey Youth Soccer

League(MAPS/MSSL). Served on the Board of Directors of both

the Mid-Atlantic Showcase Soccer League and the MSSL

Foundation. Created innovative methods to prepare venues for

events, organized and managed retail and food services at the

events, contracted and set up fields required for events and

assisted with travel and lodging for visiting groups. Created,

implemented and supervised the first "5v5 Just Play" summer

soccer recreational program that allowed youngsters to

experience soccer in a non-competitive fun venue.

development and supervision of a staff of (75) employees

multi-million dollar property renovation plus a multitude of

tenant fit-out construction projects. Created and managed a

$20,000,000 annual operating budget. Assisted with the lease

up of the property that resulted in 97% tenant occupancy by

2008.

contracted AT&T Global Real Estate projects in New Jersey that

resulted in awarding of a national facilities management

contract for our company.

education programs, created and administered annual budget for

the department and was instrumental in implementing electronic

building and parking access control systems.
