Accomplishment: Supported a major upgrade of a large PeopleSoft human resources

management system. Responsible for requirements analysis, test script documentation, and test

execution for 5 major modules. Also provided support to the management team by designing and

Manager Help Desk Customer Support

Prepared for contract start-up following submission of a proposal and preparing to supervise the

Help Desk team. During this time worked on setting up the processes/procedures needed for

contract start-up following the anticipated contract award. In the interim worked as a member of

the Treasury Communications System (TCS) LAN team which manages desktops, laptops, and

Windows-based servers at multiple locations for Treasury bureaus. The team also maintained

and monitored the LAN portion of the TCS disaster recovery functionality.

Treasury Communications Systems (TCS) is a $1.5B cost plus award fee contract providing

telecommunication services to 14 Bureaus at over 6,000 physical OCONUS & CONUS locations.

Responsible for ensuring that all calls were answered promptly, correctly and any issues

resolved immediately or with in a 4 hrs. window. The team also maintained and monitored the

LAN portion of the TCS disaster recovery functionality at the backup facility.

Accomplishment: During this period, completed the ITIL Foundation training and as a result

received certification in ITIL.
