Working as Forman in QA / QC department from last 26 years, Along with supervision of QC

department and internal and external inspection of different project, Some of the details of my job

responsibilities are given below

• Liquid Penetrant testing according to the standards and specifications declared by ASME,

ASNT, AWS.

• Magnetic particles testing of welds as well as Casted, Rolled and Forged components.

• Radiographic Testing of welds and castings.

• Repairing, servicing, pressure testing of valves and recalibration of pressure safety valves.

• Boiler Inspection and Leak Testing.

• Visual and Mechanical Testing up to given standard.

• Destructive Testing / Tensile Testing up to given standard.

• Maintaining and controlling the inventory of Inspection tools and its distributions to any

technician of the department.

• Technical Report writing and procedure writing according to Codes and Specifications.

• Piping Inspection and evaluation of Welding quality of Weld Joints.

• Documentation control of all the certificates and inspection notes

• Inspection of different vales and their pneumatic testing.

• Eddy current testing of tubes and corrosion polishing of various jobs.

• Interpretation of Radiographs.

• Critical mechanical inspection of nuclear components and their materials.
