Duties: I spent my time at Weber’s doing everything, I cleaned, took orders, did cash,

poured drinks, and sometimes even grill. I did basically anything to help the customers.

Teletech (Nissan North America), Orillia – November of 2011 to May 2012

Customer service representative,

Duties: Answer phone calls dealing with customers who have issues or inquires about

their car payments, and financials. Customer service for Nissan is inbound services.
