Project Manager responsible for merging Coca-Cola Enterprises' and Coca-
Cola North America's SAP APO planning processes into the single APO
instance of Coca-Cola Refreshments (a newly formed corporation) and the
utilization of the Supply Network Planning's Optimization processes.
Responsibilities included development and management of a 18+ month Project
Plan containing 14 business go-live events across North America and the
resources involved in change management, design, configuration,
development, testing, training, deployment, and on-going support of the
geographical regions as they went live.

One of four PMO team members leading a SAP ECC 6.0 implementation in the
McNeil Consumer Healthcare division of J&J, the manufacturers of products
such as TYLENOL, BENADRYL, and SUDAFED. Responsibilities include status
tracking, management of the project's change management process utilizing
SAP Solution Manager/Charms, plan and coordinate the project's User
Acceptance Testing, Business Simulation, and Process Performance

Stryker is a medical device company, which manufactures Shoulder, Knee, and
Hip joint replacements. I was responsible for the gathering of User
Requirements Specifications, development of (RFP) documentation,
identification of potential Vendors, RFP response evaluations, and Vendor
selection for the implementation of an enterprise Manufacturing Execution
System. This MES application was needed to integrate with Stryker's Oracle
ERP system and 10 other manufacturing applications such as the Enterprise
Document Management System (EDMS), Environmental Control System, Quality
Log System, Computer Numerically Controlled system, and several MS Access
