Application for the company's residential window manufacturing business.

Responsible for: the gathering of User Requirements Specifications,

implementation of a MPLS Intranet across 10 corporate facilities. Developed

Senior Project Manager contracted through resource vendor Talent Logic,

Inc, Kingwood, TX

Project Manager responsible for merging Coca-Cola Enterprises' and Coca-

Cola North America's SAP APO planning processes into the single APO

instance of Coca-Cola Refreshments (a newly formed corporation) and the

utilization of the Supply Network Planning's Optimization processes.

Responsibilities included development and management of a 18+ month Project

Plan containing 14 business go-live events across North America and the

resources involved in change management, design, configuration,

development, testing, training, deployment, and on-going support of the

geographical regions as they went live.

Johnson & Johnson in Fort Washington, PA 02/2011 - 09/2011

PMO - Project Manager contracted through resource vendor GROM Associates,

Inc, Flemington, NJ

One of four PMO team members leading a SAP ECC 6.0 implementation in the

McNeil Consumer Healthcare division of J&J, the manufacturers of products

such as TYLENOL, BENADRYL, and SUDAFED. Responsibilities include status

tracking, management of the project's change management process utilizing

SAP Solution Manager/Charms, plan and coordinate the project's User

Acceptance Testing, Business Simulation, and Process Performance

Qualification utilizing HP Quality Center and RWD uPerform applications.

This project required a strong emphasis on plan details, heavy

documentation of system validation, and had to exceed all regulatory

compliance requirements. Scope included: Plan to Produce w/ Shop Floor

control & MES, Requisition to Pay, Plant Maintenance, & Quality Management

Stryker Orthopaedics in Mahwah, NJ 09/2010 - 12/2010

Project Manager contracted through resource vendor Maestrics Consulting,

LLC, Indianapolis, IN

Stryker is a medical device company, which manufactures Shoulder, Knee, and

Hip joint replacements. I was responsible for the gathering of User

Requirements Specifications, development of (RFP) documentation,

identification of potential Vendors, RFP response evaluations, and Vendor

selection for the implementation of an enterprise Manufacturing Execution

System. This MES application was needed to integrate with Stryker's Oracle

ERP system and 10 other manufacturing applications such as the Enterprise

Document Management System (EDMS), Environmental Control System, Quality

Log System, Computer Numerically Controlled system, and several MS Access

database applications.

Clarkston Consulting, Atlanta, GA 01/2007 - 07/2008

Project Manager - Principal (1/2008 - 7/2008)

Responsible for the management of full Software Development Life Cycles

(SDLC). This included interfacing with customers to define Supply Chain

Management (SCM) requirements, specifications, costing, and timing

necessary for the successful implementation of project objectives.

A privately owned pharmaceutical company, I managed the efforts of the 9-

member Plan To Produce team participating in a full SAP ECC 6.0

implementation. This project was Phase One of a Global implementation. We

targeted business operations across all the Americas, which included 15

countries and 4 languages. The Plan To Produce team was responsible for the

reengineering and standardizing of the project's SCM processes including

Forecast, Demand Planning, Long Term Planning, Production Scheduling,

Capacity Planning, Finite Production Planning, Material Requirements

Planning, Procure to Pay, Purchase order Processing, Manufacturing, Batch

Management, Quality Management, and Electronic Signature Management.

. While managing the Plan To Produce (PTP) team resources and activities, I

maintained the Microsoft Project Plan along with all entries and related

uses of SAP's Solution Manager tool. Responsible for applying GxP

principles and standards to all PTP design aspects. Responsible for
