SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Houlihan Lokey Contribution:
. Due to outstanding performance as a Director of Financial Reporting
and Analysis, consistently involved in a very heavy workload, creating
compelling financial and operational monthly reports. Preparing
quarterly extensive, executive board level financial packages,
investor, research analysts, Shareholders' decks and monthly MD&A.
. Credited with developing the corporate budget process, preparing
monthly variances with in-depth P&L analysis. Designed, implemented
and revamped numerous monthly financial reporting packages for the CFO
and CEO.
. Involved in M&A opportunities, perform due diligence, financial
modeling, integration planning, and post-closing issue resolution.
Alliant Techsystems Contributions:
. Being the "go to" person for all divisional accounting and finance
activities, successfully managed a complex reorganization involving
the addition of a major location to the division; faced several
challenges with different reporting requirements, yet sucessfuly
adjusted reporting requirements to fit the new changes.
. Through exceptional financial expertise, served in the lead role
during the conversion of the accounting systems (Cognos and BPM);
actively involved in other accounting system conversions.
International Rectifier Contributions:
. Heavily involved in an extensive testing with Internal, External and
SOX Auditors. Assisted with the conversion of an external reporting
system - Hyperion to a newer version while also implementing the SAP
across the entire company. Additionally wrote policies and procedures
for Fixed Assets, Global Inter-Company, Accounts Payable and Capital
Expenditures. Managed the entire month/quarter-end close activities
and major consolidation processes for domestic and international
subsidiaries in addition to preparation of consolidated financial
statements and other reporting tasks. Credited with developing a
complex capital expenditure tool now being used globally across many
regions; also heavily involved with the revenue recognition process.

1/07 to 12/09 - International Rectifier - (El Segundo, California)
Senior Manager, Corporate Consolidation and Accounting
. Essential responsibilities consisted of supporting the CFO and VP
Corporate Controller with daily financial requests including P&L and
BS as well as other financial requirements; in addition to preparing
and reviewing cash flow analysis, equity & intangible roll-forward
schedules, was heavily involved in various financial restatement
tasks.
. Managed the entire month-end/quarter-end close activities and
additional financial reporting tasks. Also prepared 10Q, 10K footnote
disclosures, tables and tie-out binders.
. As overseer and manager of a staff of ten team members at multi-sites,
managed all monthly financial statements and global consolidation
processes in addition to researching and managing the FX, CTA impact;
reviewed a myriad of reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis;
also performed accounting research on technical accounting matters.

. In addition to performing Actual vs. Plan vs. Forecast and R&D
analysis; prepared revenue reconciliation, monthly earnings and
'Flash' analysis; also prepared O&R (Opportunity and Risks) bi-weekly.
. Conducted investigations and analysis on financial data to support
cost reporting; also analyzed and reported monthly actuals and
prepared details regarding high level variance analysis for executive
management.
. Served as overseer of budget analysis, forecast variances in addition
to analyzing monthly cost performance reports to support internal and

7/03-7/04 - Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts (Newport Beach, California)
Income Auditor/Staff Accountant
. Responsibilities consisted of reviewing revenue reports in addition to
reviewing monthly financial statements, journal entries and month-end
reports. Developed management reports to reflect the scope of audits.
. Besides investigating invoice discrepancies with staff and vendors;
managed control of account balances as well as analyzing and
interpreting cost and billing data; processed, verified, and balanced
