Present, full-time) I am in charge of managing all IT concerns for the 12 Floor of SUNY’s College of Optometry. I support a
Microsoft Office based infrastructure: Windows XP and Windows 7 workstations and Office 2007/2010. I support and troubleshoot
IPads, laptops, mobile devices, VPN, Outlook 365, SharePoint, and voice over IP telecommunications systems (ShoreTel and
Cisco). I troubleshoot Xerox, Ricoh, Epson, and HP multifunction printers. I solve a variety of issues: paper jams, network, address
book, etc…I set up and operate video conferencing equipment, including the Cisco C20 and EX90; Extron, Crestron Touch Panel,
and various Tandberg models. I also provide technical support for point-to-point and bridge-supported video conferences. I assist
with conference calls, Webex presentations, PowerPoint presentations shown via video conference, webcasts, and TV broadcasts
involving the Chancellor, Chairman of the Board, Board of Trustee members, and other members of The Office of the Chancellor. I
also assist in troubleshooting various audio, visual, and connectivity issues, as well as coordinate webcasts, and ensure that all
executive sessions are conducted off air.

I was part of a team that supported Health IT operations for a multi-site-300-users network. I supported Windows XP/Vista/7
workstations. I was trained in and delivered eClinicalWorks (eCW) training to users. I supported Microsoft Office 2007. I helped
troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software, ranging from multifunction printers to clinical applications. I was trained in reporting
tools, such as eBO (IBM Cognos 8) and database management systems, such as BridgeIT. I was trained on how to utilize NYC
DOH’s on-line reporting database for Ryan White Part 1A and CDC prevention contract monitoring service (eShare). I participated
in numerous key organization workgroups including eCW Clinical teams, eCW Practice Management Team, Clinical Data Quality

2011, Full-time) I provided medical interpretation for Spanish-speaking patients, educated patients on healthy eating habits and
proper medication administration, helped patients fill out medical questionnaires, and performed medical clerk duties, such as
