tool for test operation. Broaden testing scope for software

MCI, Senior Requirements Manager 1997-1998

Led the implementation of one of the largest integrated

telecom software launch operations in MCI history. Presented

OATS (Integrated Telecom S/W) launch plan to headquarters and

partnered various groups in national operations to assure the

success of the launch. Lead team operations in data

conversion that included the conversion of 250k customer

accounts and 60k plus data conversion issues. Designed and

managed specific solutions for error fall-outs and

probability predictions. Managed operational multi-state

action team to remove the conversion fallouts as quickly as

possible. Set records for design approach to automate mass

changes in an effort, reducing manual labor by thousands of

hours and enhancing the integrity of this work. Created

functional UAT procedures, processes and plans for major

software launches for MCI Local System Development.

Ran team of 20 plus Software Engineers to convert manual

testing operations to automated Testing. Developed standard

methodology and documentation procedures managed schedules.

Designed software testing work-a-rounds as required and

functional tested Broadband ATM switch testing for the NEC

Japanese operations. Schedule acceptance testing in Japan as

required. Worked in multi-national environment and

implemented state of the art operational testing for the ATM

switch for each implementation.
