Managed the requirements gathering, investigation and assessment of

HW/SW and NW high availability products necessary to the assembly of

prototype labs needed to build new architectures (legacy to multi-tier)

Financial Management: Budget responsibility at all levels - client,

company, division, department, and specific programs and projects.

Includes developing budgets, tracking projected versus actual

expenditures, presenting proposed budget variances to management and

steering committees for approval, contract and sub-contract

negotiation, billing and collection, establishing the project office

focused on project financials, and ensuring compliance with

regulations.

Client Facing: Member of executive committees, presentations to

executive management, key adviser to technology steering committees,

proposal development, definition of the contractual agreements

including statement of work, engagement letters, change orders, and

pricing.

Risk Management: Conduct risk assessment and quality reviews. As

Engagement/Program Manager, implement security and business continuity

and/or disaster recovery strategies and integrate across the

organization. Initiate appropriate actions to address project slippage,

cost overruns, and improved customer relations. Incorporate E-service

solutions, high availability, internal and system controls, object

oriented software design. Conduct weekly reviews to ensure compliance.

Ensure success through risk identification and mitigation.

Methodology Development: Engagement/Project management, project

turnaround, organizational change, software development, database

design and integration/implementation, CRM, security and recovery

services, based on best practices. - ISO9000, PMI, SEI/CMM, DSDM,
