Maintain a caseload of clients. Address needs of clients to
reduce their
risk behavior in the future. Refer clients to resources for
education, employment, mental health, and medical needs.
Conduct interventions as necessary. Responsible for
training all offenders to prepare for reintegration back in
to society by providing them with cognitive behavioral
training and job skills training. Provided clients with job
leads and assisted with resumes. I worked security when I
first started.

I ran various machines in the factory that produces parts for lawn
mowers and other lawn equipment. I had to lead a team of others.

I started working as a mason tender and had to do any tasks
that were asked by a mason. Tasks included; cutting block,
building leads, and
the mixture of mortar. Eventually, I was promoted to a mason.
