1. Responsible for plant environmental management including all
federal and state reporting requirements (Tier Two, Form R, Water
Use Survey, etc.) as well as establishing and maintaining company
programs and training.
2. Wrote and implemented the company Storm Water Pollution Prevention
Plan (SWPPP).
3. I have managed several OSHA and Environmental inspections including
most recently a Comprehensive SWPPP inspection by the TNRCC in
January of 2002 and a Safety & Health Inspection by OSHA in April
of 2001. No citations or penalties were issued as a result of
either of these inspections.
