Responsibilities

Operate and maintain ammonia compressors, steam and hot water boilers, perform water tests on water

softeners and boilers. Maintain air compressors, daily checks on submitters and water meters. Drain oil pots

from ammonia vessels. Rebuild solenoid valves (Hansen and Parker valves). Use SAP to generate work orders

and PM's. Collect samples for Oil Analysis. Trouble shoot ammonia level issues, compressor faults, and train

new technicians on the system as well as show employees basic understanding. Maintain the PSM program

and update MOC paperwork. Keeping equipment clean and running.

Accomplishments

Keeping the closed loop ammonia system running to its fullest potential and providing input to upper

management on changes that can benefit efficiency. Provide a safe working environment.
