Responsibilities
Set up and break down of my culinary station. Cook and prepare all cold food dishes for dinner and lunch
service everyday. Clean and sanitize my work station. Prepare foods for weddings and parties for that day and
the week. Consult with the executive on new menu items. Also prepared all deserts for dinner service. Prep
my station, which includes preparing all homemade dressing, cutting of fresh meats and vegetables. Catering
the wedding and party events.
Accomplishments
I learned how to have a since of urgency in a high volume establishment. Working as a group to get all food
out for a wedding. Being able to substitute at the last minute.

Responsibilities
Everyday i would come to work and count my money drawer. Then i would set up my computer and area
space. I would sell tickets and answer and questions that customers would have. Also answered phones. At
the end of the day i would again count my drawer making sure it was even. Then i would clean up my area
and log out of my computer.
Accomplishments
I learned how to communicate with customers and effectively help them in anyway they needed. Learned the
right and wrong to address customers. Especially when customers where not happy. I learned how to talk to
customers the correct way over the phone also.
