Program Manager (March 2010 - Present) - Contract owner and client point
of contact. Primary responsibilities include project management of
each contract's implementation, operation, and shutdown phases.
Additional responsibilities include staffing, PMO, subcontracts,
operational processes, policies, profit & loss, risk mitigation,
database and software development oversight, and coordination of
activities between clients, contractors, community, external agencies,
and company personnel. The Program Manager provides feedback and
policy recommendations to the client to ensure program efficiency and
realization. Other duties include developing and pursuing new
business opportunities and contracts locally; and helping to write and
review proposal submissions to City, County, State government Request
for Proposals (RFPs) nationally.
Previous projects and current projects include the Colorado
Family Support Registry Noticing Project (Program Manager), the Denver
Preschool Program (Program Manager), the Denver County Child Support
Enforcement Call Center (Program Manager), and various implementations
including the Disaster Supplement Nutrition Assistance Program (D-
SNAP) call center for the State of Louisiana in response to hurricane
Isaac in 2012.
Customer Care Manager (August 2008 - March 2010) - The operational point
of contact for the client, and project manager for two government
operational contracts. Responsibilities include staffing,
subcontracts, operational processes, policies, budget forecasting,
risk mitigation, database and software development oversight, and
coordination of activities between clients, community, external
agencies, and company personnel. These contracts provided payments,
eligibility processing, and customer service centers. As the project
manager, provided daily project support and analysis of operational
processes and technology of each project and report accordingly to a
program manager. Created and completed client reports for each
project, and reviewed each unit for cost savings. Developed and
maintained the eligibility and payment processing databases and
customer relationship management tools for the Denver Preschool
Program and GEO Interim Weatherization Call Center. Worked with the
program manager to developed new business opportunities and contracts,
also provided technical writing for submissions to government RFPs.
Financial Manager (December 2007 - August 2008) - The Financial
Manager reports to a Program Manager and provides corporate and
internal reporting, guidance and development of the project's
finances, management of accounts payable and receivable, reviews
expenditures for cost savings, and ensures vendor compliance.
Additional responsibilities include the management of employee
payroll, and medical provider check processing operations for the
Colorado Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). This role
supports the MMIS and Colorado CHIP contracts with revenue totaling
over $25 million a year.
Claims Processing Supervisor (January 2006 - December 2007) - The Claims
Processing Supervisor oversees one or more claim processing units for
a State Medicaid Management Information System. Specific
responsibilities included supervision of claims data entry, claims
resolution, and third party liability units. Additionally, analyze the
claims processing and operational procedures for improvements and
errors, and escalate policy and procedure recommendations to the State
for consideration.

Functional Analyst (August 2005 - January 2006) - The Functional Analyst
for the Operations Consulting Group within Xerox provides temporary
leadership, analysis and technical experience on Managed Medicaid
Information Systems to resolve operational or technical issues, risks,
or development. Specific responsibilities include conducting National
Provider Indicator assessments on Medicaid Management Information
System contracts to assertion the project cost and work hours required
to convert the system's provider ID to the National Provider
Indicator.
Guaranteed Excellence in Management Prot g Graduate (May 2005 - July
2005) - Graduated from an intensive three-month leadership training
program to develop the next generation of Xerox leaders. Candidates
entered individual development programs with full emersion in the
Georgia and Texas Medicaid accounts' technology, operations, and
policies.
