My responsibilities as a Copy & Print Depot Specialist and Graphic Artist, I must proactively engage with every

customer to drive the sale of CPD total solutions and properly assess customer needs to ensure the customer

is satisfied. In my everyday interaction the software I utilize are Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe

InDesign, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. In my department I design and print advertising

ads, brochures, flyers, posters, event invitations, etc. for everyday customers using Xerox printers and Large

format HP printers. As a specialist I complete all customer orders correctly and within the quoted timeline.

I also manage and prioritize multiple and widely varied work streams/tasks. I'm responsible for providing an

exceptional in-store customer service experience through proactively engaging with and working to make

the customer satisfied in every interaction. I take on multiple assignments, whether administrative or project

related. As well as maintaining a successful level of completion in all responsible work. Help mentor/teach

my fellow associates and new trainees concerning technical and business subjects in my department. As a

teammate in my department I keep accurate records of paperwork and documents for in store and out of store

orders daily. I maintain strong integrity, ethics, and credibility in communicating with customers and fellow

associates.
