My name is Rodney Harrison and I am an IT Professional in search of employment by an organization
that not only promotes the advancement of their employees, but is also in full support educational
growth. I am a very ambitious and outgoing individual who is a team player and self-starter. I have a BS
in Computer Science and Masters in Information Systems and two certifications, the A+ and MCP. I have
10 years of experience in technical support and I have some programming experience with COBOL. I am
currently employed as a Network Support Specialist and my duties include configuring and installing
desktop PCs and laptops, setting up and installing printers, troubleshooting helpdesk tickets and various
network issues. I also work with a third party vendor with installing and maintaining an EMR (Electronic
Medical Record) system. I have worked with a team to IT Professionals to upgrade this particular system
and also have performed training sessions with users to aid them in the use of the application. I am very
eager to learn new things to help enhance my existing skills, thus becoming an asset to your
organization. I am a firm believer in educational enhancement and growth; I feel that an organization is
