separate Employee Self Service (ESS) application.
ESS application keeps information of employee
details, their stocks and share related details. ESS
application has modules like Global Stock Option
Reports, Termination Plan for International
Optionees, Payroll data, Administrative Information,
Reports like that. The client UTC proposed to test
the ESS application. ESS has development, training,
Testing and production environments. Once
development team done with their new functionalities
or new enhancements, they will move their code to
ESS testing environment. After testing the new
functionalities or enhancements, will move the code
to production, go-live environment with no errors.
