Contracted to develop financial strategies, marketing strategies including branding, pricing structures and materials for Australian marketplace.

• Negotiated existing lease termination and relocated company to new premises reducing annual occupancy cost by 40%.

Contracted to develop an interactive multimedia in-room (hotel) consumer shopping product for a newly formed interactive multimedia RBOC subsidiary.

• Completed the Business Case as part of a four member consulting team.

• Conducted test marketing focus group sessions.

• Presented a beta product presentation to the CEO of the subsidiary.

• Project was terminated and the subsidiary was dissolved after a year due to the parent company experiencing operating profit issues.

Computer Hardware and Software Reseller

Transferred to assume control and reverse the operating performance of their wholly owned Australian subsidiary with five branch offices across Australia.

• Reorganized sales, marketing, service and accounting operations and produced a first ever million dollar profit for the first year of management.

• Implemented ERP software and auditing procedures.

• Developed new end user, dealer and ISO licensing agreements.

• Designed new product marketing strategy shifting away from hardware to software.

Responsible for office, warehouse and delivery and IT functions for 31 facilities spread over 11 Western States.

• Rewrote and updated Standard Operating Procedures Manual.

• Lead the implementation of in-house developed GL and AR systems.
