absorber, all plumbing and electrical in both commercial and

located in commercial and residential spaces. Took readings and added
chemicals for the cooling tower, chill water and the boiler system.
Color coded all mechanical rooms. Implemented PM system and performed
preventive maintenance tasks and repairs when required on all
equipment. Monitored operation of electrical and mechanical equipment
supporting the facility and responding to hot/cold calls and other day
to day work request from building tenants in commercial and
residential spaces. Responsible for dealing with all contractors and
assisting Falcon Pacific on full renovation on a condo conversion of
