Resume:

I believe I am the man you are looking for! I am on my way to the top ! I have a work ethic that most can't even comprehend. I put forth a 110% with every opportunity that presents itself. I am a very hard worker, very intelligent man. I believe that I have a drive to secede that not many people posses ! I can guarantee that I will be an asset to your company with end three months. Give me the tool's "knowledge" and set back and watch a miracle

A little bit of information about my experience with my Assembler job for Precision Paragon in Gainsville Florida. I stared working at P2 in August 2012. I was at a work release center. I was hired as a Assembler there, by the end of the first week I was given the wiring job on the line. This is the hardest position on the line "most presser". I could wire every fixture by the end of the first month. By this time there wasn't a position on the line that I couldn't do very well. So now I started to learn how to read there work orders and also started to learn how to ship these different type of orders."Get them ready to be picked up by drivers.

At this time "about three months in" I was given the Kit position. Now this is one of the better prositions to have at Precision because you work by yourself. You only go back to the line when the line gets behind or there isn't any kits to pack "there are always kits" Oh yea before I took over the kit position there were always two guys haddling this job. I did it by myself from the beginning. I ended up leaving Precison in July 2013 when I was released from work-release. I was offered the night shift superviser position . i would have been given the work orders and been in charge of the line. The resoan I could not except this job was the pay. I was offred a 4 dollar rase which would have brote me up to twelve dollar's an hour. There was no way I could relocate my family to Gainesville for 12 bucks an hour. They were just used to the cheap work force "work-release guy's". i mean they had a guy that stayed there after he was released ...I think he had been there for about four years and he was only making 8.75 an hour. So with them offering me that kind of raise it shows what kind of employee they had. My direct superviser was Ralph Franko. Feel free to contact him to vairafy my work history with Precision Paragon.

Looking forward to hearing from your company soon. Here is a copy of my resume keep in mind that I have mostly been-in a different line of work" Best time to reach me would be after 4 pm, my phone # is 352-***-****.

Thank You for Your Time,

William "Jared" Shearer

My name is William Jared Shearer. I am 30 years old. I have everything it takes to frame a house" except generator" Was working with Guns and Hose's Framing for the past 3 month's. Rob Vieth promised the world to me but never came threw. To much history between us. So we decided to part ways. I have been framing since I was 16 years old and I am at the top of my game. Not many framer's or carpenters like me out there! I have something most don't drive, motivation and a will to secede with whatever I do. I give 110 percent every single day, but I would like to either advance with a company or get my G.C. license eventually . I have two trucks 97 2500 Silver-ado 7.4. lilter and 00 f-150 . I have no problem working with others, running a crew, or piece rate."which I prefer" I will consider whatever you have to offer for a carpenter with my ability's. I have some pictures available to show some of the work I have completed in the past. I believe that I will be an asset to whichever framing company/contractor brings me on. Will travel if needed. Would love 2 be working tomorrow! Thank you for your time,

Jared
