Touch Point Service consolidates customer and account data so that service

customer-centric view, including contact history, account relationships,

current work in progress and cross-sell opportunities. It includes

XES (Core Banking and Bank of America)

The Xpress Enterprise Services (XES) is Fidelity Information Services' (FIS)

Touch Point Internet Banking (Core Banking)

Touch Point - Internet Banking Product comprised of two types of modules

called Web Admin and Online Banking Application. The Web Admin module
