. Project Manager of application migration portion of VMware Disaster

Recovery (DR) replacement project.

o Infrastructure scope was to migrate our DR environment to a

virtualized (VMware) platform

o Application scope involved migration and testing of 130

applications on the new virtual environment

o Developed WBS, detailed overall schedule, developed charter,

conducted weekly status, directed teams - including vendors,

application teams and infrastructure team

o The portfolio included: rewrite of the basic Documentum object,

Documentum

o Upon taking over, I immediately assessed the situation

assistance with resources

o We delivered the application on-time, under budget and the

sponsor was happy with the product

o Project included over 6 development resources and over 20 IT and

BU resources

. Project Manager of mission critical application (MV90) upgrade.

o Developed WBS, developed schedule, tracked budget, managed

resources, issue/risk tracking, chaired weekly status, and

o Over-site of infrastructure build and over-site of our test

. Program Manager of large program to implement an asset management

application (NRX) at 12 power plants. Functioned as the program

manager with over-site of three on-site project leads.

o Our team managed to gain efficiencies of up to 30% reduction in

cost, from the first implementation, as the program progressed

o Three plants implemented successfully in 2008 before project was

put on hold due to corporate budget constraints in 2009

o Program involved over 25 resources and budgeted at over $7M

o Program was to be a six year program - we successfully completed

1.5 years $2M before all budgets were frozen in IT

o PMM, written in Power Builder, was the main application used for

business analysts and architects to develop a Work Breakdown

o Managed resources, track project activity using detailed

schedule, and manage budget. Received mentorship by a PM with 30

o The program was a ($2.3M) two (2) year program to make four

major enhancements to the application

. Assigned to portfolio, of very time constrained infrastructure and

software development initiatives, related to the 2007 Daylight Savings

Time (DST).

o Assigned to the, already in-flight, project in Jan. 2007 and

very quickly developed a schedule encompassing the tracking of

30+ applications and an infrastructure test environment

o Immediately scheduled meetings to create a sense of urgency

o Took over as chair of the weekly status call with over 50 in

attendance

o Estimated cost of over $500K

o Worked with program manager to help develop and carry-out an

escalation strategy for continued non-responsive groups

Distributed Work Management System (DWMS) to a new version.

During the load runner performance test, it was discovered that

the throughput of the new version would not handle AEP's demands

who was filling the role of test coordinator

facilitate the order processing of new PCs. The project was killed due

to the suspension of the life-cycling of PCs until 2012.
