OBJECTIVE: To seek a suitable position in a reputed organization that could enable to perform

best to go on with the day-to-day functions of the company there by strive my level best for the

overall development of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ACADEMIC:

Bachelor of Arts from Madurai Kamraj University in 2001 with English Literature as an elective

subject.

TECHNICAL:

Obtained Diploma in Internet Management from All India Educational Research Foundation in

2002. This is intended to make one to learn and apply those techniques of internet and become

perfect in day-to-day operations.

PROFESSIONAL:

•Obtained Diploma in Int’l Airlines Travel Management from International Airlines Academy

from Chennai.

•In the same year acquired another Diploma in Hotel Management from the same institution.

EXPERIENCE:

•Managed the office of the Primary Health Center, Madagada, Araku Valley of Visakhapatnam

for nearly 2 years as Data Processing Officer from April 2004 to September 2005.

PRESENT OCCUPATION:

Presently working in ETV Network as Junior Executive. Joined as an Office Assistant in May

2006, later deputed to the transmission department to perform the duties of Transmission

Assistant from September 2006 for USA transmission. Later deputed to the Programming

department where handled the duties of an Executive till 2008. From 2011 looking after the

responsibilities of Sr. Executive – International Operations as well as Sr. Executive – Web

Development.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• As Sr. Executive – International Operations, tried to improve the rapport with the

customers to give them best of our services and rectified their transmission-related

problems as early as possible can and there by retained almost all the customers.

• As Sr. Executive – Web Development maintaining the ETV Website with a team of 8

people and ensuring proper site updates. Took efforts for increase in the number of online

TV viewers’ subscriptions of Watch India, an IPTV service provider and also the prime

team member of You Tube co-ordination of ETV You Tube team.

STRONG POINTS:

Hard working nature, quick learning skills, confidence, and patience.

WEAK POINTS:

I could not develop excellent communication skills due to my less-talkative nature.
