Manufacture of radiant and steam heated ovens, conveyor pizza ovens, and
rotisseries for the food service industry. Responsible for the JIT
delivery of materials for an organization with revenues in excess of
$200MM. Utilizing value stream methodology at multiple facilities to
establish best practices of a combined organization. Implemented process
enhancements and KPI to monitor and maintain transformation on schedule.
Simultaneously reduced the physical inventory from a historical three week
processing down to three days. Drastic drop in inventory levels, with 40%
increase in turns during the past year.
* Drove inventory reductions in excess of six-million dollars over a six
month period at three manufacturing sites. Reduction represented a
27% decrease.
* Worked 88 hours out of a possible 96 hour time period to complete the
physical inventory process. Reduced count to post time by 86%.
* Developed a new organizational structure to specialize and better
support annualized revenues in excess of $200MM.
* Implemented a tool for identifying excess and obsolete components, and
establish universal ordering parameters.

routinely shut-down multiple production lines. Highlighted as an
exceptional department with years between lines shut-down. Implemented
changes in logistic carriers, and dramatically increased discount which
significantly decreased shipping costs. Created a competitive environment
dramatically reducing material costs. Implemented new ERP system,
designated as a super-user and individual to solve issues.

Manager, which eliminated an employee.

plan for every part, and reduced inventory by thirteen percent in four
months. Initiated from my concept to fruition $70K in annualized cost
reductions. Implemented programs to reduce scrap by $150K annually.
