RxNetwork is an early stage start up for healthcare consumer products marketplace. Its services are meant to help
the consumers find the best price for prescription drugs by connecting physicians and pharmacies. The project
involved getting the business processes, technology components and infrastructure ready to fit the company’s
business objectives of letting insured and uninsured consumers realize maximum benefit for their 'out of pocket'
expenses.
As Business Analyst, supported the software systems development project encompassing all SDLC phases.
Conducted requirements gathering followed by GAP analysis of requirements, business rules, business and system
process flows and a variety of business scenarios. U sed various techniques ranging from Brainstorming
Huddles, Focus Groups, JAD Sessions, Go To Meetings, Interviews and Surveys targeting maximum
