Currently, I work in home care settings with six adults. I assist the residents with medication administration, doctors’
appointments, and documentation of ADLs. Take the residents out for community activities. Help the residents with
personal needs such as cooking/cleaning their rooms. Assist with ambulation, positioning, insulin administrations, CPAP,
Oxygen Therapy etc.
TRAINING/CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
Park West Skilled Nursing Center- Preceptorship- February – March 2014
Assigned to eight residents with the supervision of RN nurse. Provided PICC line and wound care. Provided IV therapy
and diabetic monitoring and insulin administration. Assisted the nurse preceptor to delegate patient care to aids. Assisted
in collaborating with OT/PT in rehabilitation needs of residents. Provided head to toe assessment on residents; including
weekly skin assessment. Provided care planning including implementation, evaluation, and nursing judgments.
St Elizabeth Hospital- Enumclaw - School clinical experience- Spring 2013
Trained in the Emergency Department assisting ED nurses and technicians to perform patient triage, admitting and
discharging patients. Worked with OR nurse and also as part of a team, medical personal and anesthesiologist during
