My duties as a Production Team Leader included:

• Provide daily leadership to production workers in assigned departments through guidance from upper level

leaders in order to maximize factory performance in the areas of quality, productivity, and efficiency while

• Expediting parts to keep up with production schedules;

• Perform root cause analysis to break bottlenecks, avoid rework, ensure quality standards are met, and

eliminate downtime; and • Monitor and manage clean up.
