• For BNY Mellon, successfully led a project which previously failed six times internally to find, select and ultimately

implement a software solution to support General Ledger Balance Sheet Reconciliations. This project also eliminated

the Risk and Compliance issues identified by the Fed Audit, avoiding potential fines of $100 million dollars and loss of

investor confidence.

• For BNY Mellon, led the Project Management of an internal project team to integrate a major bank acquisition into the

existing Hyperion Financial Management system. Reviewed Consolidation, Reconciliation, Project Management and

QA processes and made improvement recommendations. Project was completed in 4 months to meet Fed reporting

requirements using an accelerated schedule.

For UBS, was engaged as advisor to C level executives and senior management on addressing business

opportunities and solving challenges through IT solutions with emphasis on Program Management, PMO and IT

Governance and Compliance. Implemented a PMO office, including PM standards for estimating and reporting, and

SOW development and compliance.
