EMPLOYMENT

> April 2012to till date: Working as a Assistant Manager-Paper Machine

with The South India Paper Mills Limited.

The paper plant is located 150 km from Bangalore near Nanjangud in

Karnataka state. The current capacity is about 200 MT/day. The

manufacturing process is based on the recycling of scrap paper both

imported and domestic. Some purchased pulp is also used. Paper is

manufactured on three paper machines of capacity 45TPD (1.83m wide),

50 TPD (2.55m wide) and 115 TPD (2.88m wide). The plant is fully

supported by a 7.5 MW biomass based Cogeneration Power Plant. About

1.5 to 2.0 MW of excess electricity is exported to the state grid.

> March 2011 to April 2012: Worked as a Process in charge on 120tpd

machine (450 mpm) .in Multiwal Pulp and Board Pvt.Ltd, A.P Unit,

Vengaluttor Village, Pechatoor Madal, Chettor Dist. Responsible for

the Production planning, Operation, Quality Assurance, Manpower

Management, Cost control, Industrial safety and Maintenance program.

> December 2008 to March 2011 : Worked as a Shift-in-charge on 75tpd

machine (350 mpm) .in Vedadri paper mill India Pvt Ltd. Producing SS

Maplitho; Cream wove, White Printing and Co-ordinated all of Chemical

programs in the mill in The areas of sizing, ph control, retentions

and water treatment

> 2006-2008--Worked as GET and promoted as Shift-in-charge on 30tpd

machines, producing Cream wove, White, Wove, Color wove.

From October 2004 to December2008 served in Sai Jyothi Pulp and Paper

Mill, Ramapuram 'X' Road, Kodada, Andhrapradesh
