Developed and maintained RFC's, Classes and Methods to support the automation of multiple HR functions through Adobe Forms. Data entered in Adobe forms are processed by submitting an RFC to build BDC transactions to update SAP system. HR functions such as hires, re-hires, LOA, Return from LOA, Recall from layoff. Co-developed and coded the program for the SAP third party reporting to the Kentucky Retirement System. A complex third party reporting that requires knowledge of the retro processing aspect of the SAP Payroll system in order to capture, calculate and re-post past transactions that were submitted at an earlier time. The process also entails a main program that submits multiple iteration of the third party reporting program, monitors the progress and finally create the interface file once all programs submitted were completed. The design of this process significantly decreased the processing time in creating the third party report file.
